Open Letter to Authorities and the Press

Subject: Connection between PCC, Tricon Energy, Bradesco, Bermudes, and the destruction of Bio Petro

I, John Kaweske, hereby issue this open letter to clearly and publicly denounce the links between the recent revelations about the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) in the Brazilian fuel sector and the criminal practices that destroyed my company in Brazil.

On August 28, 2025, the portal Globo published the report “Beto Louco and cousin: who commanded the billion-dollar PCC scheme in the fuel sector”, revealing that the PCC controlled a multibillion-real operation and identifying Mohamad Hussein Mourad (“Primo”) as one of its key operators.

This revelation confirms what we have already presented in court:

• In a public document certified by a notary, it was confirmed that Mohamad Hussein Mourad signed in place of Giovanni Erme in a declaration related to the purchase of methanol in the name of Bio Petro.

• That document was then used to justify fraudulent methanol operations supplied by Tricon Energy, which had created parallel purchase channels in the company’s name without authorization.

• Banco Bradesco allowed large cash deposits and flows inconsistent with compliance standards, facilitating money laundering.

• The Bermudes law firm secured judicial decisions in abnormally short timeframes, shielding the structure that supported these practices.

These elements are not just allegations: they are documented evidence already filed in the $1 billion RICO lawsuit (25-cv-6588, SDNY, New York), where Tricon, Bradesco, and Bermudes are named defendants. Exhibits 4.0 and 4.1 make the direct link between the PCC and Tricon Energy.

What the Brazilian press has now confirmed — the PCC’s presence at the heart of the fuel sector, with Mourad as operator — is exactly what we experienced in practice: the armed invasion of our plant in Araraquara, the diversion of methanol, the destruction of assets, and the total loss suffered by national and international investors.

Appeal:
In light of this, I call upon Brazilian authorities (Federal Police, Receita Federal, ANP, and Ministério Público) and international authorities (FBI and DOJ in the United States):

1. To immediately deepen the investigation into Tricon Energy and its methanol flows.

2. To hold Bradesco and Bermudes accountable for financial and legal facilitation of the scheme.

3. To recognize the direct link between what is now revealed as the PCC scheme and the attack that led to the destruction of Bio Petro.

Eu, John Kaweske, venho por meio desta carta aberta denunciar de forma clara e documentada os vínculos entre as recentes revelações sobre o Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) no setor de combustíveis e as práticas criminosas que destruíram minha empresa no Brasil.

No dia 28 de agosto de 2025, o portal Globo publicou a reportagem “Beto Louco e primo: quem comandava esquema bilionário do PCC no setor de combustíveis”, revelando que o PCC controlava um esquema de bilhões de reais e identificando Mohamad Hussein Mourad (“Primo”) como um de seus principais operadores.

Esta revelação confirma o que já denunciamos em juízo:

• Em documento público registrado em cartório, ficou certificado que Mohamad Hussein Mourad assinou no lugar de Giovanni Erme em declaração relacionada à compra de metanol em nome da Bio Petro.

• Tal documento serviu de base para operações fraudulentas de metanol fornecido pela Tricon Energy, que havia criado canais paralelos em nome da empresa sem qualquer autorização.

• O Banco Bradesco permitiu movimentações em espécie e fluxos incompatíveis com práticas de compliance, atuando como facilitador da lavagem de dinheiro.

• O escritório Bermudes obteve decisões judiciais em prazos anormais, blindando a estrutura que sustentava tais práticas.

Esses elementos não são apenas alegações: são provas documentadas anexadas ao processo RICO de 1 bilhão de dólares (25-cv-6588, SDNY, Nova Iorque), onde Tricon, Bradesco e Bermudes já figuram como réus.

O que a imprensa brasileira confirmou agora — a presença do PCC no coração do setor de combustíveis, com Mourad como operador — é exatamente o que vivemos na prática: invasão armada da planta em Araraquara, desvio de metanol, destruição de ativos e prejuízo total a investidores nacionais e internacionais.

Apelo:
Diante disso, faço um apelo às autoridades brasileiras (Polícia Federal, Receita Federal, ANP e Ministério Público) e internacionais (FBI e DOJ nos Estados Unidos):

1. Que aprofundem imediatamente a investigação sobre a Tricon Energy e seus fluxos de metanol.

2. Que responsabilizem Bradesco e Bermudes pela facilitação financeira e jurídica do esquema.

3. Que reconheçam a ligação direta entre o que hoje se revela como esquema do PCC e o ataque que levou à destruição da Bio Petro.
